It is an automatic oil feeding machine dedicated to the chain. The machine is divided into two parts: the main engine and the fuel injector. They are connected by transparent pipes. On the one hand, the separated equipment is convenient for the installation position of the main engine and the installation of different chains. On the other hand, it can easily detect the oil supply condition according to the oil quantity of the transparent pipes.
This machine is a product developed for the maintenance of various types of conveyors, chains and air storage in the factory, so that the equipment can obtain excellent regular maintenance and reduce equipment failure due to insufficient lubrication.

Installation:
1. First install the fuel dispenser on the rail, and then open a notch of accessory size at the vertical wheel about 30cm in front of the fuel outlet of the fuel dispenser to install the proximity switch. Note that the sensing distance is 4mm, that is, the distance between the sensing switch and the chain is 4mm after it is installed, and it cannot be sensed.
2. The fuel dispenser has 6 mounting ports, which are installed as follows:
Outlets 1-2 from the right are installed on the vertical wheel aligned with the right.
The middle oil outlets (3-4) are respectively installed on the horizontal wheels on the alignment chain
The left oil outlets 5-6 are respectively installed on the vertical wheels aligned with the left.

Step 1: after turning on the power supply of the fuel dispenser and the conveying chain, press the start key (i.e. on key) on the remote controller

remarks:
1. When the fuel tank of the fuel dispenser is insufficient, the oil shortage indicator will automatically light up;
2. The remote controller and the emergency switch cannot be used at the same time;

Installation:
1.
